The applicant is obliged to pay the fees prescribed by the Takeover Board The grounds for the fees shall be set by the Board of Securities Markets Association.
Processing /Registration Fee 500 €
After the registration fee, the applicant can request an opportunity to discuss about the content of the application with the Board. The fees are as follows.
- Chairman 300 € per hour
- Member 250 € per hour
- Secretary 200 € per hour
